Gatlinburg Falls Resort…Where Luxury Meets the Mountains.

Because Gatlinburg sits nestled amid mountains all around, the foothills just minutes away from the main attractions of Parkway offer fine views from just above the town, presenting mountain vistas as well as heavily wooded environments. This means that each cabin can offer either a secluded, park-like ambience or a more exposed situation offering more dramatic views.

And although the Gatlinburg Falls Resort at Parkview offers many such park views, most cabins are oriented with an eye to mountain views - always check on the website or by giving us a call to make sure your cabin gives you the setting you prefer.

Parkview is located at 645 Park Vista Way, Gatlinburg, TN 37738. Park Vista is a winding street lined with cabins that overlook the slope and offer views from the back deck of the mountain ridges rolling into the horizon. An outdoor swimming pool and fitness center are available for guests at this resort, all within strolling distance from your cabin, in a community that has a small village feel to it. The road is well maintained and offers year-round accessibility, with close parking in front of your cabin.

Running into Gatlinburg from this resort is a matter of minutes, and the drive south to Great Smoky Mountains National Park itself is about ten minutes. It takes more time if you take Parkway, and less if you check out our Shortcuts and Back Roads guide to getting around the area.

From Gatlinburg Falls Resort at Parkview, you could head a number of different ways to various destinations, dropping down to East Parkway (Hwy 321) in moments, and from there heading east into the quieter regions of the national park, or west onto the main Parkway strip itself, going north to Pigeon Forge or south into the park and then slicing west over to Wears Valley and other points farther on. Much of which could be a pretty scenic drive. Check the map, don't trust to GPS, and plan your itineraries, and time away from Gatlinburg Falls Resort (if you ever leave!) can be time well spent.
