Barbeque and More
On the day of your visit, the one thing you want to make sure you have upon arrival is an appetite. Delicious barbeque is never far away as you make your way through the park. Just follow the rich, sweet, and spicy aromas to one of the food venues at the Market Square Rhythms and Roast, or, stop by the Front Porch Cafe, Market Square Skillets, or Miss Lilian’s BBQ Corner for mouthwatering entrees. Your choice of pulled pork sandwiches, BBQ wings, smoked sausage, a slab of ribs, and Southern sides including potato salad, corn on the cob, and baked beans are all on the festival’s tasty menu. While you dine, live bluegrass music will be served up along with your entree.
Back Porch Theater and The Valley Theater
There’s more talent to enjoy as Knoxville’s WDVX presents new talent live on stage each day of the festival. Tap into the cool tunes of Coaltown Dixie, Carolina Express, the Eli Fox Band, Stoney Point, and Public Apology.
For visitors who enjoy gospel music, The Valley Theater has five groups on stage performing exquisite blended harmonies of bluegrass and gospel.
While enjoying good food and music, set aside some time to enjoy more than 40 rides, see live shows, watch craft demonstrations, shop, dine, and more. For more information on the festival see the 2017 Dollywood Barbeque & Bluegrass Festival website.
