April 14, 2018 is the 6th Annual Wine Fest at Arrowmont School of Arts & Crafts, happening Saturday afternoon, 1-6 pm. The event offers wine sampling from all-Tennessee wineries, with delicious artisanal food pairings created by great restaurants in the area.

You get your own engraved souvenir wine glass to prove you were there, and you can pick up a bottle or a case of anything that captivates you. It’s an excellent way to explore wines of the region.
The event is accredited by the Tennessee Wineries Association, and a great opportunity for chefs and sommeliers to tantalize your taste buds. For the “flavor” of the event, see our earlier write-ups of Winefest here and here. Tickets are $30 at the door.
This popular event is also a great chance to visit our favorite campus. Arrowmont, the historic and acclaimed school is on Parkway at Light #5, but also a world away and a tranquil escape from the bustle.
For a list of wineries featured at this year’s Wine Fest and links to their websites, see the Chamber’s listing here: 2018 WInefest.
